SERVICES

FG Strategic Advisory provides consulting, assessments, educational materials, business analysis, and related advisory services.

PAYMENTS

All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

REFUND POLICY

PM Profit Jumpstart™ is a digital assessment service.

Refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase only if the assessment has not been accessed.

Once access has been granted and the assessment has been started, all sales are final.

Implementation Roadmap™ engagements become non-refundable once preparation has begun.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PM Profit Jumpstart™, PM Profit Leak Audit™, PM Profit Leak Scorecard™, Revenue Per Door™, Hidden Money Breakdown™, PM Revenue Framework™, and all related materials are proprietary intellectual property of FG Strategic Advisory.

Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share materials without written permission.

MOBILE MESSAGING (SMS) TERMS

Description of SMS Program: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational, transactional, and marketing text messages (such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and business updates) from FG Strategic Advisory LLC.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to opt-in or receive SMS messages from our program.

Results are not guaranteed.

Business outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, staffing, management decisions, portfolio characteristics, and numerous factors beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FG Strategic Advisory's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Venue shall be Los Angeles County, California.
