Why I Created This

I didn't learn this in a course. I learned it running the business.

I'm Kelly. For more than 30 years, Kristen and I built and ran Fertig & Gordon — a property management company that grew to over 1,500 units.

For most of those years I believed what every owner is told: that the path to a better business is more doors. So we chased them.
